The HERD is a local car club primarily for those in Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Northwestern Indiana. When I say club, I mean a grass roots organization for the advancement of the interest in the last big V-8 RWD cars to roll off the lines at GM. It is not a business, but a hobby.

With the expansion of The HERD it has become necessary to request a dues contribution. These dues are used to support the publishing and mailing of the newsletter and to defray some of the expenses of our popular Internet web page. In appreciation of your support, you will also be sent a special HERD nametag & holder and a club t-shirt to show off your great taste in cars!

We have several resources for parts and information. We also hope to arrange special discounts from local and national vendors that provide quality Impala related parts.
